Bespoke classes are perfect for your team or group. Classes or courses can be created to address the particular needs that your group experiences to:

  • Improve strength and mobility that is required for your specific need;

  • Improve the coordination of team members;

  • Provide pain relief and injury prevention;

  • Create opportunities for team bonding.

I have created classes for Lacrosse Teams, Soccer Teams, Volleyball Players, Swimmers, Rock Climbers, Runners, Rowers and Gardeners.

D’Youville Lacrosse

I have worked with both the men’s and women’s teams at D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY. These athletes are required to multitask, in that they need to be aware of their own bodies: running while cradling the ball in the net, and where they are on the field in relation to their own team and their opponents.

When working with the lacrosse teams, I have emphasized ankle and knee strength and mobility, hip mobility, spinal rotation as it relates to running and throwing, and shoulder mobility. As a former Lacrosse player myself, I understand the need to improve the strength of a toss or throw using the connection to the torso. In these classes, we used the Lacrosse Sticks to increase awareness of that connection and to learn to use the stick as if it were an extension of the body.
