My mission is to help people move with more freedom and joy, increasing their confidence as they move through the world and decreasing their pain. I want them to continue doing their favorite activities without fear of aging or injuries.

In my classes, you will experience the mindfulness of yoga, combined with strength and mobility, allowing you to move better off the mat.
